Infrastructure intelligence — dashboard shell

The shell behind this dashboard reads the Infrastructure Intelligence engine’s immutable daily snapshots and renders them generically: summary cards, a facility map, an active-advisory table, and trend charts, with a date selector for historical replay. It runs on labeled synthetic sample data.
