Data Center Intelligence — layered siting map

This dashboard assembles roughly eighteen independently toggleable layers — existing data centers, cloud regions, hyperscalers, power plants, transmission, fiber, and internet exchanges; wildfire, drought, flood, earthquake, and water; land, population, workforce, tax incentives, and latency — over a single map, so the trade-offs behind data-center siting can be reasoned about directly. It is decision support, not a ranking: no layer is weighted or combined into a score. The engine writes immutable dated snapshots and one lazy-loaded GeoJSON file per layer. Everything shown is labeled synthetic sample data. See the investigation, Data Center Intelligence, for the reasoning and the live sources each layer maps to.
