Synthetic FIRMS-shaped detections, NIFC-shaped incidents, and placeholder perimeter and Red Flag geometries used by the wildfire intelligence dashboard prototype. Structure is production-shaped; every record is invented and tagged SYNTHETIC_SAMPLE.

Schema and provenance
Generated synthetically (seeded, reproducible) for the dashboard prototype. Detection rows follow the FIRMS CSV schema; incident rows follow WFIGS attribute conventions; geometries are hand-built placeholders. No record describes a real fire.
Detection fields: latitude, longitude, bright_ti4 (K), acq_date,
acq_time (UTC), satellite, instrument (VIIRS/MODIS), confidence
(VIIRS l/n/h or MODIS 0–100), frp (MW), daynight, state, note.
Incident fields: incident_name, state, latitude, longitude,
discovered, acres, containment_pct, cause, note. The note column
carries SYNTHETIC_SAMPLE on every row by design — any pipeline ingesting
these files can assert on it.
